Treadmill Walking Workout
Walking is a really good form of exercise and can help you reach your fitness and weight-loss goals. Walking is a lower impact exercise and can be done for longer periods of time. In fact, it is the suggested workout over running for many people. For example, those with knee, ankle and back problems and also for people who are overweight to obese. When it comes to a walking workout, I challenge clients by varying the speeds and inclines on the treadmill.
Here’s a 30 minute treadmill workout to take your walking routine to the next level.
(Note: try to never hold onto the treadmill while walking, even when at an incline)
