•Starting Problems and Goals: Jaime wanted to get back in shape after letting her wellness routine slack after college. She came in with a hip condition that had bothered her for years.
•Results – Jaime needed a program that was focused and intense, but smart. She didn’t have a lot of time to spend in the gym, so it was about designing workouts that delivered the biggest bang for her buck, while not doing further damage to her hip. We incorporated a tailored lifting program that was augmented with functional movements to keep her lean and trim. We isolated exercises that resulted in hip pain and removed them and daily activities like them from her workouts and routine.
Jaime lost weight and more importantly trimmed down in size to a firmer and more lean body with the arms she had wanted.
