Ruth - Late 50's
Ruth – Late 50’s, Recent Grandmother
•Starting Problems and Goals: Ruth was balancing a lighter work schedule, with being the matriarch of her family. She believed in working out but had always gotten seriously injured with previous trainers.
•Results – With Ruth, it was about taking things slow and really being accountable for each exercise she did. Her history of injuries placed an emphasis on hands on training that guided her through movements. We designed a program that focused first on building strength and stability. And slowly added greater difficulty and intensity to her program as we determined her body could handle it.
In over a year of work Ruth suffered no major injuries, lost weight, toned her body and greatly improved her cardiovascular fitness.
